Pocola Municipal Court is held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 8:30 am.

Warrant Service Information:

If you have a suspended driver’s license you must pay all fines in full before a license will be reinstated. 

Upon full payment of fines and costs you may then reinstate your license by contacting Service Oklahoma at (405) 425-2424 or online at https://service.ok.gov/reinstatements

Collection Service Information:

If your fines have been sent in for collection by the Town of Pocola you will need to contact Aberdeen Enterprizes II, Inc. at (918) 794-0810 or online at www.okwarrants.com

You may set up a payment plan with Aberdeen to get your warrants released and fines paid. Upon completion of fine payments, you may then contact Service Oklahoma for driver’s license reinstatement.
